~Domestic shipping~

we use Australian eparcel with tracking numbers provided through email so please kindly check your email is corrected before payment is processed, we use an automated delivery system so please make sure your details are correct when making your order as MAAC&CO is not liable for any loss or damage parcels.  

Once posted we have no control of how long the parcel will reach your door, if parcel is lost please kindly contact the Australian post with your tracking number or kindly email myself to hello@maacandco.com

incorrect address or return parcels

Please kindly inform me through email , if incorrect address there will be an extra fee to redeliver to the correct address. if this occurs will contact you to consider your options

~International Shipping~

The applicable shipping charges will be included in your order at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive. Please allow up to 21 business days before contacting MAAC&CO.
